Compatibility Problems

I tried the SkyeWelse guide. I am getting garbled Japanese fonts. Any ideas?

What version of the game are you running? CD or project egg? It looks like the font pitch issue I was talking about. It seems like it affects different systems differently. I have one pc that it doesn't effect at all, one that just affects English characters, and one that effects both japanese and English characters. Sorry I'm away from home right now so can't do any testing.

Cool. Yeah from what I remember of all my initial testing was that the CD version had a harder time with font rendering. Actually I think it comes down to what fonts you have installed in your system more than a fault with the actual program. It's probably the same fix that fixes the English font problems I was talking about earlier though.

Was having trouble even getting the game started. I needed to download a new version of locale emulator because something broke (maybe Microsoft broke something). The current version works but the one I had from mid-2017 didn't. Still not all the way there yet but getting closer I think.

edit: Got it to work fine.
