New release?

Is there a new release coming with all the work done after the first release? I'd pay for this to be finished...

What all still has yet to be completed? Would you be able to share the details?

I've not really looked into this project in a very long time. It was something that Flame was primarily working on with Shawnji.

If there are graphics that need to be done, I might try to find some time to do them if no one else is working on them as long as the translation is already in place. There seems to be a lot of them to edit, but none of them look particularly difficult to edit.

It seems it's just the graphic text that needs to be if this board is anything to go by. All the main text for everything else seems to be done. Even without the graphics edited I'd just be happy with all the text I've seen they've done but not added to the patch. This and Downtown Special Jidaigeki for 3ds are the 2 games I've imported that I want translated the most. Posts on here haven't even been made in a very long time. It makes me sad

Well I'm not quite sure I'd know how to use the tools well enough to make a new patch, but Flame tends to make most of the tools open source, so it may be possible to export the text from the script if it is publicly available.

As for the graphics, again I might be up for working on them in time as long as the rest of the game is translated and I can figure out how to add the edited graphics. I have worked on the graphics in Nayuta: Endless Trails and it did take a while, but I was able to get it completed in time. I'm sure a lot of the tools created for Nayuta would work for Ys vs Sora but it's been a very long time since I used those tools and I'm not sure I quite remember how the process worked.
