...XSEED buying the final edited and proofread version that the Geofront is working on, to use for an official release, seeing as how it's based on your work?

They can have it for free but I'm not sure how useful it would be.

If they have a programmer on their team worth their salt, they would be able to extract our script for their use without issue. I know they did at one point...
